President – CEO
In his previous experiences, Guy held various management and project management positions within the Thales group and Advantest Corp. for about 20 years. Since 2011, as a founding member and president of Syrlinks, Guy has defining and managing the company’s strategy. He oversees all departments & ensures that projects run smoothly. With a university degree in the field of optical and radiofrequency communications, Guy completed his technical training with a degree in management at the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce (Business School) in Rennes.
After having contributed to the development and then managed major projects for various communication products (cellular terminals and Wimax, distress beacons, etc.), Gwénaël started at Syrlinks by supporting and developing the space activity. He then took charge of operations (COO) while upholding relations with important space customers. Gwénaël has 20 years of experience in communication systems. Trained as an ESEO Engineer, he recently completed his training and obtained the Executive MBA diploma at the ESC Rennes Business School.
Director of Defense Affairs
In touch for more than 25 years with the main ordering institutions of the Defense and Transport sector, Phillipe has carried out most of his activities in the field of embedded systems. As a founding member of Syrlinks, Philippe enhances the company's Radio-Frequency and Radio-Navigation activities in the framework of commercial initiatives combining custom made-Products and Systems.
In 1997, Philippe participated in the creation of a company designing algorithms in signal processing for telecom applications (radio-mobile and space areas). As a co-founder, he was in charge of technical and operational management until 2008, when he joined TES Electronics Solutions to create and develop the software and signal processing department. In 2011, he participated in the creation of Syrlinks and became Deputy Technical Director, also in charge of piloting software activities on FPGA and microprocessor targets for Telecom, GNSS and beacon products. Philippe is a Doctor in Signal processing and Telecommunication Systems and has a soundexperience in R&D and innovative business management.
