Loft Orbital selects Syrlinks X-Band transmitter for their “Longbow” satellites

Syrlinks releases N-SPHERE, a new generation High-End GPS/GNSS Receiver

Syrlinks, a leading company in the design of RF Communication systems for Space releases the N-SPHERE, a new High-End GNSS Receiver for nano and cube satellites.
N-SPHERE comes as a new generation of Syrlinks’ GNSS receiver. It’s SDR (Software-Defined-Radio) core architecture implements the latest state-of-the-art positioning and synchronization techniques, to reach top class of performances for Real-Time Precise Onboard Orbit Determination (P2OD) and accurate time synchronization.

NARA SPACE selects Syrlinks X-band transmitter for BUSANSAT

Syrlinks, the worldwide leader in the design of RF Communication systems for Space and Nara Space, a new-space startup in South Korea that builds nano satellite constellations, are proud to announce their partnership in the integration of Syrlinks’s compact X-Band Transmitter – EWC27.
Nara Space has developed a unique 12U satellites called BUSANSAT which will collect marine spatial information and monitor marine fine dust. The 1 year lifetime satellite will be launch in 2024.
CNES and SYRLINKS celebrate the delivery of RF equipment for the benefit of the MERLIN mission

This is equipment allowing satellite telemetry and remote control for the EWC29 and image telemetry for the EWC30. Both devices comply with the ECSS Class 3 standards. The development and manufacture of these two pieces of equipment are part of the MYRIADE Evolutions platform sector developed with Thales Alenia Space and CNES and financed in particular thanks to the Investment Plan for the Future dated 2010.
Quantum technologies: Thales and SYRLINKS to develop next-generation atomic clocks for civil and defence applications

Thales and SYRLINKS, a French company based in Rennes, Brittany, have signed an ambitious multi-year contract with the French defence procurement agency (DGA) to develop a new generation of very small, high-performance atomic clocks.
Code-named CHRONOS, these new quantum clocks will meet the requirements of numerous civil and military applications. Thanks to their very high stability (error of less than 1 second in tens of thousands of years), defence electronics equipment will be able to operate when a GNSS1 signal (GPS, Galileo, etc.) is unavailable, for example due to hostile jamming.

Omnispace and Thales Alenia Space Announce Successful Launch of First Satellite Mission

Omnispace Spark-1TM Now On Orbit as Part of Omnispace’s Initiative to Deliver Global Hybrid NTN Connectivity. Omnispace and Thales Alenia Space, a joint venture between Thales (67%) and Leonardo (33%), are proud to announce that Omnispace Spark-1TM was successfully delivered into orbit aboard the SpaceX Transporter-4. The Omnispace SparkTM program represents phase one in the development and delivery of the world’s first standards-based global hybrid network. Thales Alenia Space designed and built the satellite, part of the initial two satellite Omnispace Spark program. The new-generation NGSO satellite in low-earth orbit (LEO) will operate in the 2 GHz S-band. Omnispace Spark will support the mobile industry 3GPP standard in band n2561, making connectivity possible direct to compatible devices. This program will serve to advance the development and implementation of Omnispace’s global hybrid non-terrestrial (NTN) network.
Synchrocube, a high-flying French space project

The Synchrocube project aims to provide a complementary solution to navigation systems (GNSS: GALILEO; GPS) in order to provide synchronization functions when GNSS navigation signals are unusable . Synchrocube is part of the French space recovery plan. The main goal is to test this service, using a first satellite placed in low orbit.
Syrlinks is at the initiative of this innovative offer and will provide both the payload and the ground receiver necessary to provide this service. Synchrocube brings together several innovative technologies within a single 6U nanosatellite platform. U-Space, ANYWAVES, COMAT and Syrlinks, 4 French companies specializing in NewSpace are joining forces to promote their respective skills around this project.
A new generation of Satellite S-Band Transceiver | EWC15-NG

EWC15-NG comes as a new generation of Syrlinks’ transceivers to implement high performance Telemetry, Tracking and Control (TT&C) service. Its hardware design is based and inherits from the renown EWC15 & EWC15-C Syrlinks products, that have been used over the last decade in key space projects such as ROSETTA, DEEP IMPACT, PARASOL, MICROSCOPE, etc.
